Herbs For Healthy Pets
It is estimated that in Canada there are approximately 12,000,000 household pets and that there are over 250,000 horses in the Province of Ontario alone. Every year Canadian pet owners spend millions of dollars to treat animals with pharmaceuticals and other chemicals.

Have you ever thought of using herbs to help your pets or your friends’ family’s pets obtain better health? Have you ever wondered why so many pets are developing cancers at very young ages? Do you want to help your friends/family avoid costly veterinarian bills?

Just as humans benefit from the switch to natural herbal remedies, so too can their pets enjoy better health through natural alternative health products. This brochure is intended to help you find those herbal products that are safe, gentle and effective for your four-footed “best friends.”

Much of the material in this brochure has been provided by Platinum Manager Vivian McCue-O’Neill to whom we are greatly indebted. Vivian states that: “Improper diets or lack of supplementation are the root causes of all problems, other than genetics, faced by your pet. Conditions as simple as flatulence—and that is not simple if you are in a room with a 90 pound Doberman with gas—or as difficult as cancer, can all be prevented and/or controlled with a proper diet and supplement program.”

All of my animals receive herbs, especially the healthy ones. I want them to stay healthy. I think of it as a Preventative Herbology I Supplementation program. If given a choice, your pet’s body, in its innate wisdom will always choose what is healthy. Unfortunately, your pet is not in control of his life, you decide what he is fed, or how to deal with any health problems.”

I often hear people ask with wonder ‘You can give herbs to animals?’ The answer is ‘Yes, of course.’ If you lift up their paws and stand them upright, they are basically the same as their owners. We have all the same body systems: urinary, digestive, intestinal, circulatory, nervous, glandular, respiratory and structural.

Herbal care for pets was once thought of as a novel idea, but it has now come into its own. Learn how to add additional, pain free years to your pet’s life.

Additional conditions which can be helped with herbs are: aggression and irritability, allergies, body odor, bad breath, cancer, joint pain-acute and chronic, constipation and diarrhea, urinary problems and leakage, flatulence, fleas, heart disease, hot spots, kennel cough, mange, worms and parasites, skin problems/scratching, weight management and many more.
