| The Structural System
The other side of this system is skin, nails and hair. Skin, the largest organ of the body, shields the body from the outside environment while also acting as a cooling system. Skin, nails and hair need to be supported nutritionally from the inside and cleansed from the outside to help rid the body of toxins and maintain good health |

| Chondroitin | Chondroitin, a component of collagen,
gives cartilage its amazing properties of
resilience and shock absorption. A drop in the production of chrondroitin is caused by age and poor nutrition. "Since they are substances that we already consume, and produce in very small quantities in our bodies, glucosamine and chondroitin sulfates have no known significant side effect. This amazing fact stands in stark contrast to painkillers such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatories and cortisone injections, which can wreak havoc on your body" says Dr. Jason Theodosakis, author of The Arthritis Cure. |
| Devil's Claw | Devil’s Claw is the powdered, dried

Copper and zinc are balanced for optimal use by the body. Potassium is also important in the transmission of nerve impulses, muscle contractions and blood pressure regulation. As for zinc, rather large amounts are stored in the bones and muscles, as well as the prostate and retina. Zinc appears to be easily depleted and is important for many enzyme functions. Ingredients: Target-Minerals of copper, potassium and zinc are chelated to the amino acids which are required to produce energy in the mitochondria of cells. Target-minerals are hydrolyzed vegetable proteinates. As chelates, these minerals are readily absorbed and targeted to specific body systems. | Yucca | Classification: Bitter herb
Yucca is a plant familiar to most people who have travelled or lived in the southwest U.S.A. or Mexico, where it grows abundantly. A member of the lily family, the plant is also known by the names Soap Root, Spanish Bayonet, Spanish Dagger and others. The reference to soap comes from the long historical use of the plants’ roots as a foaming cleanser. The Natives of the southwest made wide use of its special properties, using it not only for its nutritional value but also to make sandals, belts, baskets, ropes, cords and mats. Some Natives, namely the Hopi, Papago and Utes still use yucca for these purposes. Yucca contains large amounts of the steroid saponin, which accounts for its lathering ability. The plant provides nutritional support to the structural system. The herb is a good source of calcium, riboflavin, thiamin and zinc. |
